My name is Emily Pepper and I am passionate about helping people achieve their real estate goals. Buying or selling your home is a big deal and you deserve a professional who will treat it that way. I decided to join this profession because I want to help make what can be a stressfull experience as pleasant and stressfree as possible. I currently live in Sedro Woolley with my husband and four kiddos, two boys and two girls ranging from 16 years old to 16 months. We have kind of a mini farm with horses, chickens, dogs, and cats. I love the country living and all that it entails; horseback riding, gardening, bonfires, country concerts, and yes, line dancing! I grew up in Oak Harbor in a Navy family. My dad served 20 years on Whidbey Island so Oak Harbor is a town I hold dear. I graduated from Anacortes High and eventually bought my first home in the small neighborhood community of Glenhaven located in Alger, just north of Burlington. So as you can see, I am very familiar with Skagit County and North Whidbey. I've lived here nearly all my life. The area is definately growing but I pride myself on knowing the area well. I hope you will allow me to share my knowledge of Skagit County and my passion for real estate with you.
