Nothing makes me happier than to see someone put the SOLD sign in their front yard or to give a buyer the set of keys to their new home. I have been involved in the real estate field since 1999, in which I have worked with real estate title, closing, foreclosure, oil and gas issues, and oil and gas lease negotiations. I have been an active property manager since 2000, managing numerous rental and rehab properties. I hold a Sub-Baccalaureate Certificate in Land Management, and a BA in Land Management from California University of PA.
