For the past 8+ years I have been involved in buying, rehabbing and reselling homes in Indianapolis and the central Indiana area. I have also purchased and rehabbed some of these homes to have as rental properties. As a result of this experience, I have a very good skill set with construction and rehabbing procedures. From this background, I feel that I am able to ask people the right questions to know what it will take to satisfy them and make them happy. When you are making the decision to buy or sell a home, it is important that: 1) all your questions are answered, 2) there are no surprises and 3) that you are exceptionally happy with the purchase or sale.
