When I relocated to Bay County in 2012, I had two goals in mind. The first goal was to gain viable employment, and the second was to purchase a home for myself and my two children. With a lot of hard work and good fortune, my goals were achieved when I became a homeowner in September 2017. I have always had an interest in real estate. Going through the process of becoming a homeowner heightened that interest and I could see myself bringing that experience to other potential homeowners. I made the decision to dedicate myself and invest time learning the tools and gaining the skills necessary to become a qualified realtor.
Taking advantage of my strong work ethic, I strive each day to be that individual with the knowledge and skillset to best represent each client individually. No two clients are the same, and I know that I'd provide each client with guidance and the assistance needed to navigate the real estate industry. Bay County is a fantastic place to live and vacation. The county is famous for having some of the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches." Bay County also has an abundance of beautiful parks, a great variety of shopping opportunities, restaurants, and community events scheduled year-round. Bay County also offers many great school opportunities. I have enjoyed getting to know the Bay County community and its schools. It's a place where I feel that you'd never run out of things to do or places to relax and unwind. Each Bay County community is unique and offers its own advantages. I strive to be the realtor with the continual knowledge, passion, and privilege of turning clients into not only homeowners but successfully gaining as much money as they can from their properties.
Since gaining my Real Estate License in January of 2019, I have had the pleasure of working with many Buyers and Sellers in Bay County and all over the country. I have been privileged to be a part of countless closings and have acquired a few awards along the way, including Listing Agent of the Year for at Century 21 Ryan Realty. As I continue on my path of learning and growth in becoming the best option for my clients regarding anything Real Estate in and around the Panhandle of the Great State of Florida, I know that I will continue to not only help my clients reach their goals but will gain lifelong relationships with clients along the way.
