Phil Frye, "The Real Estate Guy" is a REALTOR and Principal Broker of Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate. Phil is a member of the Columbus Multiple Listing Service, MLS Now, Licking County Board of REALTORS, Ohio Assoc. of REALTORS, and the National Assoc. of REALTORS. He's a member of LCBR's $10 Million Sales Club and has received numerous Sales and Quality Service Awards from CENTURY 21. Phil is Past President of the CENTURY 21 Greater Ohio Broker Council. He also volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Licking County and Licking County Crime Stoppers. Phil is a Past President of the Newark Kiwanis Club and a member at Second Presbyterian Church. Phil has received the Newark High School Alumni Award, the Licking County Board of Realtors' Community Volunteer Award and President's Award, and has been honored by Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Licking County and Hospice of Central Ohio. Phil is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati (1994) and Newark High School (1989). Phil resides in Newark, OH with his wife and their daughter.
