Restituto "Resty" Catala was born and raised in Manhattan, New York, as a first-generation American with roots in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico through his parents' heritage. Over the years, Resty lived in Washington Heights, NY, before moving to New Jersey, where he has spent the past 15 years. He currently resides in the Highland Lakes section of Vernon Township, NJ.

With a strong dedication to excellence and an eye for detail, Resty has built a career focused on construction and property management. As a property owner, he understands firsthand what clients need and expect, using his personal experiences to deliver exceptional service. He currently serves as the Regional Facilities and Construction Director for a large urgent care network, where he oversees operations to ensure buildings are functional, secure, and well-maintained. Additionally, with a growing real estate portfolio of his own, Resty has developed detail-oriented client based skills such as empathy, customer-centric focus, and professional expertise, making real estate a seamless and natural progression in his professional journey.

In his free time, Resty enjoys spending quality time with his children and caring for his pets. Fluent in Spanish, he easily connects with and serves diverse communities.
