Bob Panek is a successful Realtor (Broker, Real Estate Agent), currently working at Century 21 New Heritage’s Huntley office since January 2015. With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has a proven track record of providing exceptional service and expertise to his clients.
Bob's dedication and hard work in his field have earned him numerous awards and certifications. He has received the Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award every year from 2017 to 2024, demonstrating his commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service. In 2024 he achieved the Masters Diamond Producer Award, in 2021, he achieved the Masters Emerald Producer Award, while he had previously been recognized with the Masters Ruby Producer Award in 2017, 2018, and 2020. He also received the Quality Service Award in 2016.
In addition to his outstanding performance in the industry, Bob has obtained two real estate certifications, including the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) in February 2020 and the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) in April 2018. These certifications allow him to better serve his clients and provide them with the knowledge and expertise required to make informed decisions in the real estate market.
Bob is also actively involved in his community as a volunteer. He is currently the Past-Chairman of the Board at Huntley Area Chamber of Commerce, where he has served as a Board Member since January 2017. He also served as the Treasurer from January 2019 to January 2021 and has been an Ambassador since January 2016. At the 2023 chamber’s annual dinner, Bob was awarded the coveted, Most Valuable Partner Award for his exhaustive contribution and participation in chamber activities. In addition to the chamber of commerce, Bob is also a member and active participant with the Son's of the American Legion, Post 673 - Huntley in addition to being appointed to the Board of Directors of the Huntley Legion Charitable Foundation. Bob's dedication to his community is evident in his commitment to his volunteer work.
Before starting his career in real estate, Bob worked as a Disposables Engineer at Fenwal, a Fresenius Kabi Company, from August 2014 to September 2015. He also worked part-time at DeFiore Funeral & Cremation Service from September 2012 to March 2020. Prior to this he worked in the engineering departments at various manufacturing companies that included conveyor design, plastic pipe extrusion process, entertainment system controls, and specialty medical device design.
Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University in May 2011. He also obtained two Associate in Science degrees from McHenry County College.
