Bryan Bain

Bryan Bain has been a licensed residential real estate agent since 2020. Prior to real estate, Bryan worked for 20+ years in higher education, mostly for the Universities of Wisconsin. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Criminology and M.A. in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education. Bryan and his husband have lived in Clermont since 2019. He is also the proud father to one adult son. 


A passion for service, Bryan has been involved in local government and through supporting service and not-for-profit organizations. He was elected in November 2025 to the Clermont City Council, and he is currently the chair of the Public Policy Committee for the REALTORS® Association of Lake & Sumter Counties. Additionally, Bryan serves on the Public Policy and Economic Development Committee for the South Lake Chamber of Commerce as well as on the board of directors for a national not-for-profit. 


Bryan's service and commitment to his real estate clients is rooted in trust, honesty, passion, and a sense of humor. He uses as a guide a quote from Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient, poet, and civil rights activist Maya Angelou, who said, "My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style."
