Born and Raised in the Quinlan/Lake Tawakoni area, Earnest "Sonny" Upchurch Jr. has been selling Real Estate since 1994 and has held his Brokers License since 2006. Sonny has helped many families and businesses move into our community. He was the No. 2 Real Estate Agent in North East Texas in 2007 with Century 21's East Texas Brokers Council. Sonny has served on the Quinlan Sports Association Board and coached both boys and girls basketball, softball and baseball since 2007 helping many children and families enjoy a fun and learning experience in sports. He is also a Endowed member at Trestle Board Masonic Lodge and was a founding member of the Quinlan Education Foundation. Along with promoting the area and schools, he is an active member of the Lake Tawakoni Regional Chamber of Commerce. He also has held an Airframe and Powerplant license since 1993 and a Private Pilots license since 1996. He worked for Delta Airlines for 8 years as an aircraft flight line mechanic, and was able to travel the globe working for L3 Communications. He enjoys flying airplanes and taking aerial photos of properties while promoting our listings to a new high. As of January 2014, he is now the proud manager of our Quinlan Office.
