Life is all about encounters and discoveries.

I'm a property consultant working in Portugal and living in Lisbon. My professional background is in architecture and urban planning, with a Master's degree in Sociology of Development, specialising in Urban Planning and History.

With a view to my professional development, I have pursued an academic degree in Art History in a PhD programme between the University of Porto and the New University of Lisbon, which I hope to complete\342\200\246 someday.

Interested in visual images and historical research on cartographic representations of the Amazon region, I always remember that I was born in Bel\303\251m do Par\303\241 (Brazil), where my ancestry and deepest emotional memories lie.

However, the multicultural Lisbon has become the city of my life.

I miss my Brazilian family and roots terribly, but I always have friends close to me, sitting around the table eating and discussing politics, science, customs, ideas, etc. Here I meet people of different nationalities who share an interest in history, art, good food, wine and a broad sense of work ethic.

My profession doesn't let me forget the arts, especially through art mediation and poetry, which I experience on a daily basis.

My life could be translated into an artistic form. It's almost all \342\200\230\342\200\230fado\342\200\231\342\200\231, a breathtaking experience, a voyage of great discovery, a constant challenge to face storms or to find wonderful lands, in a constant search for shelter, a welcoming shelter.
