About Me

I moved from the Northeast to the Tampa Bay Area approximately 10 years ago and enjoy everything about the area and what it has to offer, I live where people vacation. What else can be said! I enjoy the great weather and spending time outdoors boating, fishing, sports, travel to local beaches, amusement parks and attend the many outdoor festivals.    




Professional Accomplishments

I am a CPA with 35 years of demonstrated success in establishing and managing finance and accounting departments for Fortune 100 Companies, specializing in investment finance for Real Estate, Mortgages, Alternative Investments and the Private Equity sectors. I also worked in public accounting, audit and tax where I serviced public and private companies in real estate and other sectors. I have my Bachelors degree in Accounting and attended Executive Leadership training at the University of Southern California.

During my corporate tenure, I led and managed departments in various facets of real estate including mortgages, finance and operations. 

I established and led a team of finance and operations associates in executing several key strategic initiatives involving multi-billion dollar real estate divestitures, oversight of property managers for a real estate portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural properties. Managed foreclosure activity, acquisition of mortgage loan origination and servicing companies and consolidation of accounting, finance and technology operations.

This included a $52 billion real estate mortgage loan portfolio consisting of commercial and agricultural mortgages, Fannie Mae, FHA, Ginnie Mae, Freddie Mac and third party funds. Activities included Capital Markets hedging and securitization.

I am detail-oriented, patient but also visionary which enables me to help my clients in developing strategies when selling properties, purchasing a home, and navigating through every aspect of the real estate process.
