I've worked for Century 21 since 1996, specializing in selling farm and residential real estate in west-central Illinois. I am a licensed Broker/Realtor and a Veteran Certified Agent (VCA) with the Veteran Real Estate Benefit Network. I work diligently to provide clients with comprehensive customer service throughout the buying/selling process. In addition to working in real estate, I started a farm business in 2000, Heartland “Criations” Alpacas LLC. Aside from buying, selling and showing Suri Alpacas, I sell alpaca products in a variety of locations, participate in agri-tourism, offer alpaca agistment and breeding services, each felting classes and offer consulting services. Concurrently, I serve as the Executive Director Kewanee Economic Development Corporation, a private, non-profit corporation, that serves as the catalyst for business attraction, retention, expansion, and succession in Kewanee, Illinois. As a leadership organization, KEDC works to enhance community assets by stimulating capital investment, promoting business diversification, and fostering community improvement in order to grow and expand Kewanee’s prosperity and the quality of life of its residents.
Prior to working in economic development, I spent 18 years working in education, both as a high school English teacher and as a high school principal. It’s the melding of my experience, that best helps me to assist real estate clients with their farm and residential buying and selling needs in west-central Illinois.
