What do you get when you live in the country but work in the city? Lots of different real estate experiences and a lot of experience! Hi, I’m Kathy Bolling. I grew up in a rural farm community outside of Atlanta, Ga. If you had asked me what I’d be when I grew up (not that I have), a farmer wouldn’t have even made the top ten on my list. But life has a funny way of bringing you full circle, and here I am. My husband and I both grew up on cattle farms (some poultry too), so when we were able to purchase or own farm we didn’t hesitate, it’s where our hearts were. There is just something about seeing those baby calves cavorting round the pasture, watching mamas and babies lovin' on each other, well you get the picture, I’m in it hip deep. Finding the right property for clients, whether that's a 100 acre cattle or poultry farm or a beautiful home that fits their needs is my other passion.
