Kristina Mullings is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Century 21 Realty Center. She is a great example of hardworking, trustworthy, honest and energetic. Kristina has been in real estate for a few years and has a lot of experience with being a buyer and seller herself. She has become very knowledgeable in real estate from buying local properties and renovating them completely with her father to sell them. By being raised by her father here in Orange County, she is very familiar with the area as she grew up in Chester and graduated from Chester Academy. Later on she attended Mercy College in Westchester where she received her Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management, so she spent a lot of time familiarizing herself with Westchester county.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her nieces and nephews, learning to become fluent in Spanish, and teaching others how to buy their first home as well as how to invest in real estate. Overall, Kristina’s skills in negotiating, creativity, marketing and problem solving are incredible as she uses them for her own deals and to assist others!
