Lori achieved the highest selling price per acre large parcel in Springtown in October 2019, which resulted in the development of 99 homes. Her Team shattered that record in November 2021 by selling a 70-acre parcel that had been owned by the same family since the late 1800s for over 1.8 million. She relentlessly strives to further her real estate knowledge throughout the year by attending an extensive number of hours in the realm of real estate education. Most recently obtaining her RSPS \342\200\223 Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist Certification through the National Association of Realtors. Lori has two daughters. Erin and Hannah. Both of her daughters grew up in the real estate industry working for their mom in high school and while at home from college for summer break. Erin is Manager and Escrow Officer at Alamo Title in Aledo. Hannah taught elementary school but soon joined her mom as an Accredited Buyer's Representative. She works closely with her husband Kelly, who is also a Real Estate Broker and builds homes. Lori loves spending time with her family at their property on Eagle Mountain Lake, skiing in Colorado, primitive hiking with her favorite group of ladies and she loves reading and attending her monthly book club aka wine club. She is a strong advocate of several charitable organizations including Easterseals of North Texas, American Cancer Society and the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation.
