After a 35-year career in retail, I became a real estate agent for Century 21 Spearfish Realty in 2015. As a real estate investor, I experienced firsthand the value of owning and investing in property. Helping others achieve their dream of homeownership made becoming a Realtor® an easy and natural decision.

My background in retail has also been a strong asset in commercial real estate. I have a deep understanding of the local retail market, and my wife continues to successfully operate our family-owned shoe store, Sole Perfection, which has been serving the community since 2007. Additionally, having owned a vacation rental and operated VacationintheBlackHills.com until selling in early 2025, I bring valuable insight to buyers and sellers looking to enter or exit the vacation rental market.

On a personal note, I have served on the executive boards of the Spearfish Chamber of Commerce, the Spearfish Downtown Business Association, Visit Spearfish, and the Northern Hills Amateur Hockey Association. Since moving here in 1991, the community has supported my family and me in so many ways, and because of that, giving back through service and involvement has always been important to us.
