Matt Roberts is a valuable and dedicated member of the Century 21 Epic team who brings a wealth of experience in both commercial and residential real estate. Matt Started his career as a commercial real estate appraiser where he developed an expertise in both valuation and investment consultation. As a California native, Matt has developed an extensive knowledge of the many diverse real estate markets in Northern California. His goal is to use that knowledge to serve both residential and commercial clients' needs and help them smoothly navigate the buying and selling experience. As the population continues to expand outward from the Bay Area, Matt recognizes these market shifts and the vast real estate opportunities that accompany these changes. As a result, he has concentrated his focus in the Delta region and outer Bay Area.
Originally from San Francisco and later Marin County, Matt has always led an active lifestyle. As a young man Matt was an accomplished high school and college athlete and later played semi-pro baseball and toured internationally with the Olympic Club Rugby Team. He now spends his time coaching his sons in youth sports.
Nearly a decade ago, Matt found himself on the leading edge of the Bay Area exodus as he and his family made the move out of the Bay Area and settled in the pleasant Delta town of Rio Vista. Located along the Sacramento River between the two major metropolitan markets of San Francisco and Sacramento, Rio Vista's central location offers access to both of these markets while still maintaining a small town feel. Matt lives with his wife and three kids and enjoys spending time with his family and immersing himself in the community.

He understands that the job requires close and honest communication and he is dedicated to working hard for his clients using his experience, perseverance and loyalty.
