"Mike- Why should I you choose to work with you?" I have 2 Life Experiences that have molded me into the Person/Real Estate Agent I am today. First- As a youth I had the opportunity of being a Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. On my journey to becoming an Eagle Scout, I learned the value of being: Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent. The experience I had in Scouting helped me to know the enjoyment of helping and serving others and my community. Second- I spent 20 years in restaurant management. Above all, this experience instilled in me the absolute importance of the experience I provided to a customer/client. You can expect: I will listen to understand your needs (I write down what you say), You will either be able to reach me directly or I will call you back quickly, I will guide you through the entire process with a high level of communication. I've hand selected other professionals from Lending, Title, and Home Inspection, that have the same commitment that I do- to ensure that you have a positive experience buying or selling a home with us. To best serve you- I've dedicated myself to training that brings value to my clients. This includes 36+ hours of negotiation training while obtaining the Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation. In addition, I specialize in serving Active and Veteran Military Servicemen & Servicewomen and helping them access the home buying/selling programs that have been created for them.
