Valerie Dellandre

I have been a part of the Fredericksburg community for more than 25 years and a REALTOR® for more than 13. What really drew me into this profession was the satisfaction of educating buyers and sellers, allowing them to make empowering decisions. My goal is to surpass expectations whenever the time is right for my client. I am currently a member of the Women’s Council of Realtor’s (WCR) and Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS® (FAAR) Special Functions Committee. I’m also a Certified Short-Sale Professional (CSP) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). Before I transitioned into real estate, I was a Director of Convention and Banquet Services. I worked in hospitality management for 32 years where I really learned how to treat a client with the utmost service. I also learned the essence of timing, which in this industry, is very important. One of my hobbies is my love of home decorating. A properly staged home can allow a potential buyer see themselves living there and be a determining factor in purchasing a home. I also enjoy gardening, sewing and taking part in my church as a teacher for Children’s Church and a volunteer nurse. I have served as a volunteer nurse in the Nurses Ministry since 1999.
