Xue Ru Zheng

Meet Xue Ru Zheng, though most know her by her nickname, Nina! Nina started in the real estate industry 8 years ago and received her real estate salesperson license in 2020. Prior to her career in the real estate industry, Nina and her husband were in the restaurant business, and their first investment happened to be building their restaurant was in, which is what kicked off her love for real estate. In addition to helping clients purchase personal and investment properties, Nina is also a property manager, lead renovator, and landlord for her and her husband’s properties throughout Rochester.

Nina grew up in the area and has lived in both the city of Rochester and the surrounding suburbs for over 20 years. In addition to numerous business classes and real-world experiences, Nina also has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice.

When she’s not busy helping her clients grow their investment portfolios, find the perfect property, or managing one of her many business endeavors, she’s kept busy with her 3 sons and family. Nina is truly a well-rounded individual; she is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Fuzhounese) and has a black belt in Kung Fu.
