ANIMUS d.o.o. is an authorized real estate brokerage agency, registered in the Register of Brokers under serial number 11/2013, and is a co-owner of the CENTURY 21 master franchise for Croatia.

Within the CENTURY 21 franchise, it operates with its offices under the name CENTURY 21 LIDER NEKRETNINE, at the following address:

We have been recording entrepreneurial experience since 1991, developing our business through trade, service activities, finance and insurance activities. As the crown of our entrepreneurship, the family company ANIMUS d.o.o. was created. which started in the world of real estate in early 2013 from a small background, and today we can proudly say that we have made significant progress in the real estate sector, gained professional knowledge and experience, which we selflessly share with our associates and clients.

ANIMUS d.o.o. recognized the strength of the CENTURY 21 brand of international real estate brokerage, and in 2020 joined the CENTURY 21 franchise, moving its business to Dalmatia, opening an office in Zadar, and later in Rogoznica. Experienced agents joined our team with whom we are building a stable and profitable agency together, and we have become a recognizable agency in our area.

We are proud that in 2025 ANIMUS d.o.o. will enter into a master franchise partnership for the whole of Croatia. We want to share our story, experience and knowledge even more and more strongly in all parts of our beautiful Croatia.
