My name is Corey VanGroll. I grew up in Maribel, Wisconsin on a small dairy farm. I went to college and earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Masters degree in Education, and Doctorate degree in Education. My first career was in Higher Education working as a wrestling coach and teacher. While I very much enjoyed my first career in helping college-aged students, my interest in real estate became stronger over time. My first experience with real estate was in 2012 as a first time home buyer. In 2017, I bought my first rental property and in 2021 I transitioned into real estate full time. My passion for teaching others will continue in the real estate realm by educating my clients on how to invest in real estate.


My wife Madeline and I have two young girls and live in De Pere. Madeline works at UW-Green Bay. I spend most of my free time farming and spending time with family. What I like most about real estate are the stories people share on their own real estate experiences. I enjoy hearing how someone found their dream home, a piece of hunting land, farm land, or how they scaled their investment portfolio. I look forward to the opportunity to meet with you and help fulfill your real estate goals.
