BILL LUBLIN is the 2025 President of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) 2025 Executive Committee, and a director for CRMLS. Throughout his career, Bill has held several significant positions, including Chairman of the National Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, and Chairman of the MLS Issues and Policy Committee. He was also appointed to the Interpretations and Procedures Subcommittee, the Article 10 Standards Revision Working Group, and the Commercial Membership Recruitment Group. In 2023, he acted as the MLS Liaison. Additionally, he chaired the NAR Short Sale Workgroup.
